favor

I got a call today from a buddy of mine at C3 Church, that got a couple free tickets in the box seats on the 35 yard line, 16 rows up. He asked if I wanted to go with him. The Lord is good! I bleed scarlet and gray. I have been to a few games and I have to say, that when the Buckeyes take the field, I get teared up. You can feel the energy in the Horseshoe, and it is electric. To see 105,000 all cheering in unison, is a very small taste of what heaven is going to be. Except the one being worshiped is worthy of it in every way.

FAVOR

NOTHING compares to God's favor! Nothing. My prayer is for His constant favor and He is giving it. I can feel the momentum of C3 growing again. The seats are filling up and our simple process for discipleship is coming together. Our Sunday night service is growing as well. It is amazing to see God change people's lives. Another development that is opening up, is us getting some interns from a local Bible College that have a desire to plant churches. It's looking like we will have 9 students who will come in for a few hours during the week and then back on Sunday night for our service. Also, someone stepped up to pay for the 70x20ft modular to get transported and a contractor who is helping us with the architectual plans and will advise us as well on future expansion. I am so grateful to what God is doing and am honored to be in the middle of what He is doing. Can you say FAVOR!

Favor

We had a great Sunday today! After the service, I took my 6 year old and teamed up with about 10 others from C3 to join in a citywide clean up day. I love how God just hooks things up. I just so happened to be in the group with the City Planner, a City Councilman and a lady running for Mayor. I had some great conversation about C3 Church and our community. They were very excited about our church and how involved we were in the community. I even talked some future plans on some land that if purchased would need to be rezoned. The City Planner (who makes those decisions) said, "that would be no problem to get that done for you guys". I am amazed at God's favor and am totally loving this journey. It always amazes me how God has me in the right places at the right time.........I may even make this weeks Newspaper with my picture picking up trash.

Favor

I know you can't see it the best in this picture, but as I was driving to Pickerington, it was if among all the clouds that the sun broke through and was beaming down just over the area our church is in. I looked at this and smiled. C3 is truly experiencing the favor of God on our church. There is nothing more valuable in life, than God's favor! Nothing. It can't be bought or manipulated. God chooses, period. My only aim it to stay humble and grateful before an ALMIGHTY, ALL POWERFUL, GOD who loves us endlessly. We are building HIS church. Thanks God for your favor! In my prayer time, I almost become overwhelmed of all that HE is doing. Favor....nothing compares!
