obstacles
We were back again in the library conference room today for another 6 hour meeting with our executive staff. Today, we were looking at what obstacles we would be facing in order to grow to the next level as a church. We went through an exercise that creates the dialog to answer the question of what obstacles need to be addressed. Walking away, we defined reality in a couple of areas of need and a plan of what to do next. Now we only have to make it happen.

obstacles
What are your biggest obstacles? The one's that stand in the way of you doing something great with your life. The obstacles that if removed, you could run after your dream on your heart? Those obstacles are effecting more than you. Think of the countless people that you could touch if your dream was realized. The crazy thing is, it's your dream, your obstacle and your responsibility to get over, under or around it. What's the first step? Take it!

obstacles
Everyone in life at some point, has been faced with obstacles. Obstacles may vary in size and weight, but we have all faced them. Some are big and others small. Some will deter us for moments, others for years and some for life. I think the bigger question is not, "How big is the obstacle?" but "How big am I?" The bigger I am as a person/leader/follower of Jesus, will determine the size of the obstacle I'm facing. What may be a huge obstacle to me, may be a speed bump for someone else. I have made a decision to continue to grow in my faith and leadership, in order to make my obstacles look smaller.
