fresh eyes

Today, we have a ministry consultant meeting with our staff to give us a fresh set of eyes on how we are operating organizationally as a church.  The key is, having a fresh set of eyes meet with our staff and see where we are misaligned or wasting in energy.  We want to continue to grow and be wise stewards of every dollar and every minute.  We hope to walk away with some fresh insight to realign ourselves with the vision and to make the greatest impact we can for the Kingdom of God.
