growing people

Yesterday I read a great quote, "growing people, grow people." As we as a church are looking to structure our next cycle of "Community Groups" (small groups for discipleship) and came up with a list of names of potential leaders to be trained and lead a group. When you ask the question, who is growing spiritually? That is a great place to start. For it is true, that we teach what we know, but reproduce who we are. We want those with a healthy growing relationship with Christ, to be discipling others.
